Mission Statements

1.	To teach followers of Christ how to be faithful in practicing their particular giftedness and calling.
2.	To teach and encourage theologia (i.e., to learn about God in such a way that it becomes a part of you).
3.	To teach the discipline of intentionality in one's personal and vocational life.
4.	To teach and encourage a redemptive approach to life—a faith and integration—as a primary means for Kingdom building.
5.	To teach and establish the disciplines of spiritual formation to one's life and ministry (i.e., learning that being always precedes doing).
6.	To teach and provide experiences in the discipline of authentic community.
7.	To discover, celebrate, and exercise one's calling and giftedness as a form of obedience and worship.
