Ronald W. Cepek, Youth Pastor
Ron was raised in Zelienople, Pa., and graduated from Seneca Valley High School in 1996. While attending Geneva College as a student ministry major, he worked as a youth volunteer at the Harmony Zelienople United Methodist Church for two years. In the fall of 1998, Ron was hired as an intern at New Sewickley Presbyterian Church in Rochester, Pa. He was put on the staff as their full-time youth director in 2000, where he served until July of 2007. Ron began his ministry at Conway Alliance Church in August 2007. He is a part-time student at Trinity Episcopal School for Ministry in Ambridge. Ron has a passion for teaching and worship-leading. Additional interests include music, sports, the outdoors, and people.
As a lifelong member of Conway Alliance Church, Phyllis has been administrative assistant since 2005. "I'm blessed to have such a loving and caring church family," she said, "and I've enjoyed working here each day." Having grown up in Freedom, Pa., Phyllis attended Freedom High School and Bradford Business School in Pittsburgh. She met Dennis and they were married in 1989. They have three children, Tim, Alyssa, and Michael and enjoy spending time with one another. Before coming to Conway Alliance Church, Phyllis worked as a secretary for Mellon Stuart Company and prior to that for a physician in Beaver, Pa.
